Frequently Asked Questions
May I return my products?
No. Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. I do not accept returns and do not offer refunds on the products. If you have an issue with the product please email me and let me know what is going on. I will be happy to try to work something out. I want all my customers to be satisfied.
Do you offer samples?
Yes. You will see an option to purchase samples at the top of my Products page.
Each sample is 1/2 - 1 ounce in size and the cost is $1ea. plus shipping & handling.
What if I want my product unscented?
That would be part of a custom order. See 'What is a custom order?' below. I am happy to make any product unscented for those that prefer that. Keep in mind that some of the soaps & body creams I make do contain some scent on their own. For no scent in your soap at all I would suggest a clear glycerin soap with no additives.
What are my payment options?
I accept payments through paypal & money orders only. If you would like to pay through a money order you will need to email me your order at SweetNaturalSoaps@yahoo.com and then I will email you back with your total due & my mailing address. Your order will not be started until payment has been received.
How long does an order take?
I make all of my products fresh. If I have all of the ingredients needed to make your order in stock I can have your order made and shipped out in as little as 2 days. If I need to order an ingredient or fragrance for your order it can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks. If your order will take me longer than 5 days to mail out to you I will notify you through email. I will always confirm the time frame with you when an order is placed as long as an email address has been provided.
What is a custom order?
With a custom order you choose your own scent & color. (I will do my best to locate the scent that you have in mind.) I will then choose the base of the soap that will go best with your scent & also the design of the soap. If you have a soap base preference let me know before the order is placed (Clear, Opaque, Goats Milk, Soy Milk, Aloe or Oatmeal). When placing a custom made soap order with a fragrance that is NOT listed on my CUSTOM ORDER FRAGRANCE LIST page you must order a minimum of EIGHT bars of soap. If you choose a fragrance that is already listed on my CUSTOM ORDER FRAGRANCE LIST page there is a minimum order of #5 bars with that fragrance. I do not start the making of a custom soap until payment is received. You should get your custom soap 2-3 weeks after payment has been received.

How do you ship?
I ship using priority mail or other USPS options. Insurance is optional and available upon your request. If insurance is not requested and purchased I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
